Currently, Global Cylinder Maintenance and Testing provides the following services:
Hydrostatic testing
GCMT utilizes custom hydrostatic testing jackets to perform testing on all sizes of cylinders to ensure the safety of cylinders.
Painting
Aside from powder coating, GCMT also provides striping, shoulder and neck ring painting, and stenciling when stencils are provided by the customer.
Blasting & Powder Coating
GCMT is equipped with the largest Viking cylinder blaster and utilizes high quality powder coating to ensure durability against corrosion and the overall quality and appearance of the cylinder.
Neck Ring
GCMT provides neck ring painting services.
Neck Ring Replacement
GCMT is able to replace neck rings as needed.
Valves
Global can replace valves, customer-supplied or purchased through GCMT.
Cylinder Tumbling
GCMT will be providing cylinder tumbling, removing rust, scale, and corrosion from the interior of the cylinder.
Additional Services
Global provides custom manufacturing, powder coating, and pallet and skid rentals.
